Goods ordered on the 27th of November and still waiting

It's the 21st of December I ordered my goods on the 27th of November, it's almost a month and I’m still waiting. No reply or no phone call to tell me what happening. If you just had to phone me and tell me you don’t have stock and I need to wait and give me a time frame, it would not have been a problem but Makro just leaves people waiting and not knowing what is happening.
