Goods not delivered, no accountability for poor service
Makro failed to deliver goods purchased and their courier partner DPD Laser refused to accept any responsibility for it. The matter was raised with the CEO Jonathan Molapo and despite numerous e-mails there has been no response from Makro or DPD Laser on the matter.
