Goods not delivered.

I bought stuff on Wednesday, 21 Nov at Makro, Germiston. I was told they will deliver the next day. The instruction was that they must call me when they come deliver. That never happened. I called the Makro national number asking for Germiston store. ********** 400. i called the number end of day on thursday and for over an hour....the call was never answered. This happened on Friday as well. Sunday at 14H00, the store calls me to say they tried to deliver my goods twice already. I don't know if it makes sense to deliver goods without calling the person. They claim they never have my numbers. What is the objective to swipe the card at Makro when buying if they cannot use the info to contact the customer. I asked the store to deliver my goods today, Monday as I will be travelling from Tuesday. They are now refusing. Should I wait forever for this delivery? I don't mind finding another store to buy goods just deliver this n I will move away. Your store number is useless. No one answers this number.
