Goods not delivered!!!!!!

<p>On the 25 November 2016 i purchased an washing machine, Blender and 50L Rectangular lift bin with lid online. I was to collect the order at Makro Carnival however they contacted me and said they had ran out of stock and they managed to source the goods from another branch and they will deliver them to my house at no extra costs. On the 5th of December the goods arrived but the 50 L Rectangular bin arrived without a lid and the delivery guys made a note of it on my and their receipt, I then notified Moeketsi Molupe as he was the one handling my purchase about the issue and he responded and said they will come and exchange the Bin. I AM SOO DISSAPOINTED TO SAY UNTIL THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BIN, A BIN I HAVE PAID FOR IN FULL!!!!!I even sent Moeketsi Molupe another email on the 17 of January reminding him about my bin but he just ignored me. Is this the service i paid for? Is this how you treat your online orders? i am soo dissapointed with this service i expected better from a Retail Store as big as Makro. MAKRO I WANT MY BIN!!!</p>
