Goods Not Delivered

Such Poor service from Makro, placed an online order for delivery on the 21/08/2023 for over 4k, i received a delivery email on the 24/08/2023 stating my product has been delivered which was not the case. I immediately phoned the helpline which they advised me they would get back to me between 24-48 hours. On the 27/08/2023 i visited a local Makro store because i still hadn't heard from them, i was directed back again to the call center which agent advised me that they are closed on weekends and i should follow up on Monday(28/08/2023). On the Monday i was advised my product was '******' and their relevant department will get back to me. Still nobody has reached out! Poor Poor Service.
