Goods not Delived and Unhelpful Call Centre

I placed an order on the 24th on November. A week later a recived a mail, indicating that my order will be delivered shortly there is a delay. Thereafter i never heard from them again.

I then started calling the call center to find out where my goods were and after numerous call i finally go hold of the Lavisa on the 7th of Dec and he said my order would be delived by 6pm that same day. I asked to speak to a manager but they where in a meeting, the guy took my details adn said that the manager would call me back in an hour. Its almost 24 hours an nothing. I need a refund !!!! THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. The friday i try calling again, and my call would get dropped. Yesterday the 11th of Dec i called again, and they would tellme my order is on my way. And still i dont not have my order, which i paid delivery for. This is beyond POOR SERVICES!!!
