Goodluck with getting your money back
I placed an order on 20 Feb - one of the items were out of stock and I am YET to receive my refund - despite multiple follow up emails and calls etc no feedback at all. Then after a month i get told to share my account confirmation letter and ID which i did and guess what...STILL no refund and no communication.
