Goodbye MAKRO CAPE GATE! Customer Service works different! No Management to be seen anywhere!?!

We are longstanding customer of Makro but what is happening recently at this place is shocking! Besides that the attitude of most of the cashiers is rather incurious and dismissive, the procedure to get a trade debtor account activated and authorised by a supervisor takes forever. First you wait until your cashier shows passion for work, then you wait for a supervisor to arrive and process your account and finally you wait for 30 minutes (this was our last waiting time!!!) until they have checked all your goods in and on your trolley! Not a nice shopping experience and we have experienced it at least three times and going to shop now @ GIANT! Not as clean but at least things are moving there and shopping is a real experience and adventure. -
