Good to take money, reluctant to deliver

On 26 March 2022,I ordered a Defy oven from Makro. Makro advised that it will take a maximum of 21 days to deliver because they are awaiting stock from Defy. In the meantime, Defy advised that they have plenty of stock at the Pretoria branch. Despite numerous requests to Makro to resolve the issue, no answer is forthcoming.
