Good Service from Makro Crown Mines

Hi ,My Name is Simphiwe i would like to give credit to Mr Sthembiso The Multimedia Manager at Crown Mines for Excellent Customer Service. I went to the Shop during Black friday to buy a speaker but a sales person told me that they out of stock within few seconds Mr Sthembiso came through and asked what im looking for and i explained , He was very Busy at that point as it was just after 5pm the shop was about to close but still he instructed the sales person to go check at the back while he was trying to check if he cant sell me the display , guess what the sales person came back and said 2 Speakers left :) . I was impressed with the way he handled things and its not for the first time he came to my rescue , Thanks Mr Sthembiso Keep up the good work Sir .
