Bought a Bar Fridge from Makro Port Elizabeth which failed within the Guarantee period after approximately 9 months They replaced with new immediately on the old fridge being returned - not a common thing in this day and age of service where normal practice is to take it back, then its sent off for repair and then constant follow ups needed for status !!!!! Great to have decisive and quick service
