Good service

I had the privilege today to be assisted by a true gentleman and a person that obviously knows what customer service is. I went to Makro Carnival to buy a bicycle and was helped by Collen Maluleka in that devision. Not only did i get exactly what i was looking for but offered to assemble the bicycle and add all the extra bits that i bought. He then assisted me to the till and then made sure i got to my car and loaded the bicycle in my car all the while having a chit chat along the way.
