Good ordered on makro online not received

Makro online shopping is the most unreliable and frustrating business. I ordered on the 5th of Sept. Delivery was supposed to be 08th Sept. Until now. No one has gotten back to me. I don't know why they do online business, if they can't deliver on time. I would advise customers against buying online with makro. Unreliable service that makro is rendering. Very unprofessional.
