I went to Alberton Returns department with an Epson 3150 printer that was malfunctioning. I was asked for invoice which I did not have but suggested to Mr Alex to look in their system. He told me that he had looked up to 2018 and could not find any record of the purchase. Two days after I came to the store with a copy of invoice and this time , the Makro system picked it up. I demanded explanation for earlier system failure and manager resolved the matter amicably because I had felt put down by Mr Alex the first time around.
