Good day, on Saturday the 25th i went to Makro in woodmead and saw a product i use but the brand is not my 1st choice, i saw the price it was too cheap and at first I thought someone just accidentally put it there, but there were about a dozen of the same products same size and i went to pay, but the price was now double, i went to complain and they just said i should have read , i told them it’s not my duty to read the Millimetres on the tag, i saw the product name and the quantity, what was infuriating is how they failed to just apologise, all I want is for the staff to be trained to atleast apologise, that’s all
