Good day, I’m Ziyanda Magwaca. I had recently bought a big block brick making machine on the 9th of September 2025 from Makro worth R3100.00. They’ve delivered the one on a small scale, initially I prompted for an exchange but because of Makro poor service they rep**** late. Which the I made an online request for a refund. Makro then called the CourierGuy to collect the machine. CourierGuy came on Monday 22nd of September 2025. I’ve been trying so hard to get a solution on getting my money back, they now tell be about the third supplier at marketplace which I know nothing of. When I tried contacting Makro, they tell me the TLB stores offices are closed they’ll be in touch with me as soon as they’re re opened. This is very ********* and unprofessional of Makro. Please Hellopeter assist me in getting my money back from Makro. Thank you.
