Good day I would like to find out if Hello Peter would be able to assist me with the following: In April I made a online purchase via Makro online and the order arrived but when we opened it the item was damaged so I’ve requested a refund approve and requested Makro to come pick up the damaged item. After several weeks (15 May) they send a courier service named RWS courier service to come collect the parcel so according to this specific courier company they took the parcel to Value Express and then Value Express was supposed to take the parcel back to Makro. Currently I’m struggling with Makro to refund me because according to them the parcel wasn’t picked up and the parcel is still with me but that’s not true. RWC courier company gave me a waybill number and the courier guy’s name was Itumeleng. They confirmed that they dropped off the parcel at Value Express. I really don’t know what to do anymore since Makro can’t get back to me regarding my money . Please help.
