Good Customer Service from Makro

I received good service from Makro Woodmead when I purchased a fridge in March. Unfortunately it had a few issues and the manufacturer referred me back to Makro where I was assisted by Maria Tanke, a Customer Service Manager. She assisted when the service agent who had been asked to call me failed to do so. Had it not been for this delay, I would've given a 5 star rating. Maria took my Makro card number, found all the necessary information and arranged for a new fridge to be delivered on a Saturday morning and for the old one to be taken away. She did this with grace and patience. Well done Maria!
