Good afternoon, my name is Judith Petersen, I bought a kettle at Makro and it has been collected at my house in five months ago, I have also phoned and spoke to the online manager and she said they will sort out, I went in the store in Bloemfontein and again she said she will phone later the day which never happened, and until today I'm still waiting. Please help
