gontse from makro carnival should be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

spoke to Gontse from Makro Carnival branch, he was laughing the entire time, refused to help, and just said:" sorry, i cant help you". this issue is that my order was cancelled after i had arrange for a new delivery date, but makro went ahead and dispatched the order after giving explicit not to deliver on that day as i will be at work. I useed PAYFLEX for the order, meaninf now that i need to pay more money to have the order delivered. this is not my fauly, why am i now being frustrated and inconvenioenced???
