Going the extra mile

My mom and dad , who are 68 and 72 had a dreadful experience with the returns staff at MAKRO STRUBENSVALLEY ! I won't go into detail about the incident , but it was unacceptable, I phoned Makro Head Office and was transferred through to Rose , from the time she took the call , she handled the whole incident with such passion , for want of a better word, THANK YOU ROSE! Makro you have a true gem of an employee and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.She arranged for my parents to go back and had their problem sorted, I was so angry when I heard how my parents had been treated that I said I would not shop there again, Rose you have changed my mindset.
