Gift card
My husband received a Makro gift card from his brother for Christmas 2016, it sould only expire after 3 years but when we tried to use it on Friday 26 January 2018 at Strubensvalley they told us it has expired, they could not say when it expirede. The lady at Customer Service made a copy of the card and my husbands ID card. They told us that we will get feedback within 48 hourse. I emailed them during the week but we have not heard anything yet.
