Getting a refund for a washing machine, Makro online purchase

I bought a Defy 8KG top loader washing machine 27-May, delivered 28-May The drain pump was not working on the washing machine, Defy fixed it after 11 days. There were 2 big pieces of plastic in the washing drum that I removed, and 1 small piece of plastic and a ***** blocking the drain pump. The problem was fixed. I asked Makro on the 10 Jun for a refund, I phoned several time already ***, they say the machine will be picked up but nothing is happening, no feedback from Makro on when, no arrangements are made from Makro side. So 10 days since I asked for a refund 20-Jun and the machine has not been picked up and then it can still take 7 to 14 days according to Makro for a refund.
