Get your act together Makro

I love shopping at Makro because of their incredible specials and wide variety of items that leaves one spoilt for choice. However here is my gripe with the store: 1. Order Number OD*** five roses latte was received damaged, the product was returned to Makro, however my refund was not what I paid. I paid R64.50 but was only refunded R57.25 2. Order Number OD*** Mamas Tomato sauce was not delivered with other items in my order, and there is no communication from Makro on the matter. 3. OD*** Waffle Maker was not delivered with other items for this order too. Again no communication from Makro. Please assist with the 3 aforementioned grievances as a matter of priority...also please utilise a system that reimburses a consumer on the price they paid and not a lower price, that constitutes *****. Also taking a consumer's money without delivering the products they paid for is equally deviant.
