Get a decent company to do your deliveries instead of trying to cut cost at your customers expense!!!!!

I am still waiting on my order from Makro to be delivered after I was assured by one of their (WUMDrop) call centre agents that I will receive my order today. I will now need to go into store and pay again for nappies/milk and other essentials I have already paid for because I've run out today. I am unable to reach WUMDrop or Makro now and the damn driver did not even have the decency to let me know they won't make it. Can we just get rid of this company
