Gentech Inverter
I bought an Inverter from Makro Bloemfontein.The Inverter was in a good working condition for about 3 week's then it would only last for about 30 minutes when we had loadshedding.I contacted Makro,they came and fetched the Inverter in January.I phoned them today and the Responsible Person said that the item was never send to the Repair Shop, however i must contact them tomorrow.To me this is very bad service delivery had i not contacted them i would not have known about this. It's longer than 2 months now so please think twice before you buy something from Makro Bloemfontein.

04 Apr 2023, 20:22I am still waiting on Makro to either refund or replace the inverter .I received a phone call from Makro Headquarters on the 10 th of March and was promised by the person that he will get back to me ASAP to resolve the issue up to no response.I phoned Makro Headquarters yesterday again because Makro Bloemfontein is not answering their phones ,the lady promised to contact them and would ask them to contact me Still no response from Makro Bloemfontein, this is bad service delivery at it's best.I will never deal with Makro again and would advise future customers to think twice before doing business with Makro Bloemfontein.
