Genisis Vacuum Cleaner

I tried to log a complaint on their website but it would not allow you to submit it so this is the only communicating with Makro as the store is not helpful at all .

I bought a R2000 vacuum cleaner in 2019. It broke this week and when I wanted to return or exchange it today they told me that they will sent it away. Now my concern is that when i bought it you would think that it will last at least a few years. But yet it broke down before the guarantee even expired which means it is not a very good quality product. And for a R2000 vacuum cleaner you would expect more. If I knew i was going to struggle to return or exchange and had to deal with unhelpful and rude customer service consultants i would have never bought things like this from Makro.
