GENISIS HYDRO VACUUM CLEANER

have a red genisis hydro vacuum cleaner for about 3 years and maintained it well kept it clean. Today 16th January 2018 the vacuum cleaner has suddenly stopped working. No suction even turned on max. I'm so disappointed and need a vacuum cleaner that works well as we have 2 cats. So the hydro vac is important. What can be done please? We purchased this vacuum cleaner from Makro, Alberton but we have moced now to Gordon's Bay, Cape Town Kind regards Diana Paine Cel. ********** 836 **********
