Genesis hydrovac extreme didnt even last a month
<p>Ive had my genesis hydrovac extreme now for less than a month. My fiance bought it for me for my birthday on the 25th of may 2016 and now on the 15th of june the onjection pump and vaccuum motor has stopped working. Ive used it 5 times in total and im very annoyed. I love the machine and how well it works but its absolutely unacceptable that it just failed for no reason. Ive cleaned and pampered it each time like it says to do i even wash all 5 removable filters so i really dont know why it just simply refused to work. Im taking it in tomorrow with my proof of purchase in its box hopefully to recieve an exchange so i can finish washing the carpets before my baby arrives .</p>
