Garbage customer service from your call centre

Your service is complete trash, Ive phoned your call center to follow up on the repair of my vacuum cleaner, but they can't help me, they give me to other numbers to contact, but nobody answers and I get redirected back to the call center Try contacting the numbers given again and was advised that I'm through to the wrong department and getting transferred to someone else, that person can't help and I'm currently being transferred to the 10th person today for just one update, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
