Furious

It has been over 10weeks waiting for a refund for a product I bought online, I bought a rug that had specifications that were misleading so I returned it, it took about 4 weeks for the rug to be collected after fighting with them saying I cannot return it, on the site where I bought the rug it said can be returned within 14 days. I have exchanged several emails and calls with makro and all they ever say is the will expedite it I am still waiting 10 weeks. I do not know what is to happen to get a refund
