Furious and taking this matter further !!
I purchased a washing machine from Makro in December for my mum. It was delivered on the 27/12/2021. When we removed all the packaging we saw that the machine was damaged badly at the back. I immediately contacted Makro to report this issue. The gentleman promised that he would have this resolved very quickly. I tried calling again before the end of Dec. All that the call centre agent could say was "I see it has been logged" I called again after new year - same story "I see if has been logged" I have been calling continuously throughout this month. I have even been sending emails. I have not heard anything from Makro at all. It is now almost a month later. Their customer service is pathetic!! They clearly misunderstand what the consumer laws are in place for. Stubensvalley is really not rising to the occasion. I will definitely be taking this to my attorney !!
The driver that you had sent to deliver my washing machine was SO rude!! He was telling at me on the phone when I was explaining to him that the address he had been given by Makro was INCORRECT!!
So the machine didn't arrive, this happened the whole week! The tracking messages say en route - not delivered- en route .... The ENTIRE WEEK - WITH NO RESPONSE OR FEEDBACK!!!
This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

I WANT MY BRAND NEW WASHING MACHINE DELIVERED TO MY MAMMA'S HOUSE TOMORROW - MONDAY - 31/01/2023!!

Makro administration and team keep making mistakes, causing delays and I am sitting with wasted money for a gift that cannot be used.
I am utterly disgusted!!
We have spent the entire day since Wednesday (all day, everyday) this is an inconvenience.
