Full of Promises

Do not purchase from the Online store. They cannot deliver....... Purchased items from the online store on the 18 June. Was going to be away last week, so sent an email asking them to deliver on the 26 June. Got a reply to say that they would notify their courier. Now I ask for my items on the 26th - no, we need them to still be collected by the courier. it will happen on the 26th and they will deliver the 27th June - today. After calling this morning, still no delivery. Will never purchase from Makro online shop again. totally useless. They promised to call back yesterday - nothing. they promised to call bacl later today - nothing. Well done Makro!!

Dear Mbali. There has been no contact from anyone at Makro online. I have just called there again and asked to speak to a manager, but they won't put me through. he's on another call!!!! I rest my case. MAKRO is a disgrace. Prospective customers need to be warned. DO NOT BUY ONLINE
