Full delivery not received

I ordered things on the 24th of January and they made 2 separate deliveries. One on the 25th and another on the 28th. I have been waiting for other items that were nor delivered and when I check online it says they were delivered on the 25th. I have sent an email and been calling everyday since last week with no assistance. I was told my order came from Makro Germiston and whenever I call they say they are transferring me to the delivery department which never answers. Tuesday the 4th I called customer care and the lady assisting me said she tried calling the Germiston store on 4 different numbers and they never answered. I called again yesterday the the 5th and the guy said the driver will deliver same day then changed and said the items were delivered on the 25th and I advised I never received them, he then asked for my number and said he will call me back and never did. It's 6 x comfort fabric conditioners and 2x sunlight dishwashing liquid
