F/U ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS
We visited the Bloemfontein Shop on Saturday 19/08/2017 at approx 15:30 In Isle 6 (Cold drinks) we stopped to look at prices. My wife, being short, stepped back to have a better look at the shelf higher up and tripped backwards over 2 pallets stacked on top of each other. Makro staff were standing in the isle chatting about soccer or something. As she went down she bumped her head against the shelf causing a bleeding wound to her head. The reaction of the staff was to try and pick up the pallets first, upon I told the chap that he is going to end u in hospital should he touch the pallets, I rather need their first aid people there.
Their reaction was that I must take my wife to the hospital (with a head wound) as it is not their responsibility. I did receive 2 phone calls from their HR manager over the week-end requesting me to stay calm and not make harsh decisions..... Don't think R20 million will be too harsh.
Trying to get "NON CUSTOMER CARE" is as likely as a white Christmas in Durban...
