Frustrating Experience-No Order, No Answers

My experience with Makro Online has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. It has now been 30 days since I placed my order, and I have received nothing-no product and no clear communication. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase updates for a paid order. At this stage, I expect an immediate resolution-either delivery of my order or a full refund. I will not be ordering from this company again.
