Frustrated, replace my missing items
Despite frantic efforts to get my missing items from online order, it's now 7 days, noonewillcare to update you if you dont follow-up. And the answer is I'll get my order the following day which never happens. No responses to emails.😔😔

05 Dec 2023, 17:43I am really frustrated by Makro. Ever since the 17th of November when i notified them about my missing items i have been taken from pillar to.post. I have made several follow-ups and everytime i am promised somethin positive but it never manifests. What is the next level that i.can escalate my.issue to?
