Frustrated customer!

A technician came out for the fourth time to have a look at my fridge last week, Thursday. The fridge has stopped working again! This time, it's making a loud noise that kept me up all night. It's as warm as a cupboard! The fridge is not even 2 years old yet, but I have reported it 4 times already for not cooling. This is not fair!!! When I bought a new fridge, I didn't expect to receive a second-hand fridge. This is very frustrating. They take their sweet time to respond to their PAYING customers!

The freezer is melting at this point! They have to send me a new fridge! I can't keep throwing out food in this economy!
