Frustrated client

Worst service ever I will never do dealings with Makro again all they can say is I'm sorry, my mother was ****** in makro ottery and they said she entered Makro at her own risk can you believe it after viewing the footage and confirming it happened.

I also bought a microwave to the value of R1300 its not even 2 years old and it doesn't work I called the online services and they told me I can get a new microwave cause it's still under warranty just to get at the makro ottery store ,to find out that is not the case it must go for repairs thats going to take 21 days when I called head office to assist me once again I was told I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do.I've never received such horrible assistance in all my life when it comes to a store.
