Frustrated buying online

I ordered a tent online on the 30th of July, was advised via email that I would get it on the 2nd of August, waited until I had to send an email on the 4th of August. No one communicated to me, I had to follow up with them until I got frustrated and sent them another email and received an email that we will refund you. To make matters worse, the refund takes 7-14 days for it to reflect in my account???? I need to use my money to go elsewhere and get the tent for camp, halloo Makro....

This is not the first time I am getting such kind of service from Makro 😡
