Frustrated @ makro pay point

Went to makro woodmead and left store frustrated.

As we know one has to always expect long ques and makro but today i had noticed that people are paying from electronic till.

Went joint the que and was very short compared to other tills.

When i waa third on que there was a lady that was reminded that this was a 5 item till.... And she said there was note. That was it and she got assisted.

My turn came, was me, my very pregnant wife and my 4 year old girl.

As we were paying a lady by my till explained something in her own language that i never understood but i concluded ahe was talking about 5 items.

Then at same time, there was another lady,no name tag but seem like a supervisor or coordinator. This woman kept complaining about my trolley and she insited that i only pay for 5 items n the rest must stay behind. Her noice was so annoying that i had to say something.

It was so humiliating and all that happened infront of my baby girl.

It was electronic till, yes we all saw... But the que was from the outside of electronics and also people had more than 5 items so i joined que as well.

Now there was no one who bothered to notify us that its 5 items and we had to stand untill the end and not a single note to say 5 items only, am sorry am not aprophet i coud'nt tell that it was 5 items if not told and not expect to be annoyed when paying. I was reminded that all customers knows that at electronic till when u go with food items u only take 5.

Am i not a makro customer? Why was i not informed?
