Frustrated and disappointed

I purchased a 2.5 Stainless kettle from RAF kettle from Makro online. My order was cancelled by the Kairos Africa (supplier). Its been 3 weeks and I haven't received my refund .The order was placed at the end of August. No one is responding to my emails for weeks now. This so disappointing and disrespectful. A bunch of **** artists. *****ing people's hard earned money.
