Frustrated

The mmost horrible finace department and whatsapp customer support. Th item was collected by the driver 2nd week of April. I was meant to recieve my refund by May 23 till today. On top of that I paid for Basmati rice and that rice was parboiled. Nothing was done with my review or even reach out to apologize on behalf of their ****ming vendor
