FRUSTATED CLIENT
<p>I PURCHASED A GENESIS ALL ROUNDER EXTRACTION CLEANER WITH 3 YEARS WARRANTY.UNIT TAKEN FOR REPAIRS THRICE IN 11 MONTHS WITH EXACTLY THE SAME FAULT.I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONFIDENCE IN THIS MACHINE AND REQUESTED A REFUND.MAKRO REFUSES TO REFUND ME.THE SUPPLIER (TEVO)SAID THAT HOT WATER WAS USED IN THE WATER TANK AND THE USERS MANUAL REQUEST THAT HOT TAP WATER BE USED.(P7 USERS GUIDE)THIS MACHINE ALSO HAS A BUILT-IN THERMOSTAT THAT DOES NOT ALLOW THE WATER TO OVERHEAT BEYOND 82 DEGREES.</p>
