From Terrible online service to Excellent in store service - Thank you

After horrible service and frustration from Makro's online service we received excellent service from Koketso Stati. Thank you so much for finding my order and sorting it out.

We also did another instore purchase at Makro Silverlakes where Jane/June and Gerard in the appliance department assist us. Their service was also excellent and the kind that would make you go back easily and ask for them by name.
