Fridge still not fixed

Yeah it's still me, i got a call on Saturday saying a person will call me about the appointment so they can come and fix it. I am still waiting for the fridge to be fixed and this week better not end while my fridge is not fixed, if not i want a refund and they should not tell me that it will take days to be refunded 😡😡 i am angry i used my hard earned money
