Fridge still not delivered

I was promised that i will receive my fridge before weekend .The order was placed on 23-11-2017 and its been 2 weeks now.If you cant keep up with demand and delivery then rather refund me because im sick and tired of waiting.I only chose you because you had a delivery time of 2-5 working days.A lot of other good Friday deals slipped through my hands because of you.I tried to call numerous times with no success
