Fridge not yet fixed since last year July.

I wrote a review on January 21st about a Bosch fridge my parents bought. It stopped working last year July. Makro has been giving us the run around, till to this day the fridge has not been fixed. Maybe they are waiting for the warranty my parents paid for to expire. Very disappointed.
