Fridge not received after payment!

I ordered a fridge on the Makro website on the 25th of August, and the payment went off, but the status of the order has been sitting on 'Awaiting Payment'. I have made numerous calls only to be told that it's escalated. I needed the fridge by Saturday the 31st of August!!!!
