Fridge not fixed yet

I won't recommend buying at Makro especially online 😭 i am still waiting to be contacted by someone to make an appointment to fix the fridge. The other day first person called me asking again 'what is wrong with the fridge? ' few minutes after dropping the call a different person calls me asking the same question 😡.. They are giving me a run round i spent my hard earned money to buy the fridge, i don't know if they want me to come to Makro in Gonubie maybe they will fix or refund me.
